Refund policy for jewelry
Every piece of jewelry is hand crafted and may have slight imperfections. This is the beauty of the jewelry being hand crafted and unique. If you are not completely happy with your jewelry, just send it back within 30 days from date of purchase for either a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). There are no refunds on custom pieces.
Repairs & Damages
Fenya® Artistic Wire Sculpted Jewelry guarantees all jewelry to be without defect. If your jewelry piece needs repair just email info@fenyajewelry.com to obtain a RA#. There will be a fee, depending on the damage incurred.
Shipping policy
Fenya® Artistic Wire Sculpted Jewelry is instituting the following flat rate shipping scale to make sure that your one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces are protected on their way to you:
1st Class = $3.50, for orders of less than $150 in value.
Priority Uninsured = $7.50, for orders of $150-$250.
Insured Priority Mail = $13.50, orders more than $250
